Cookie statement
In short
This website stores a few things in your browser that it needs to work. Cookies for statistics (Google Analytics) and advertising (Meta and Google) are only used if you allow them.
On your first visit a panel asks for your choice, with three buttons of equal weight: "Accept all", "Reject all" and "Settings". Nothing for statistics or advertising is loaded before you choose, and nothing at all if you refuse. You can change your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.
Necessary: always on
The site and your booking cannot work without these, so they are always on. Under the Belgian law on electronic communications (Article 129), strictly necessary storage does not need your consent.

These entries are never sent to anyone other than our own website and booking system.
The back office used by CRS staff (on a separate address) keeps a temporary sign-in value in the browser's session storage while staff log in. It does not apply to visitors of the public website.
Statistics: only with your consent
With your consent we use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to see how visitors use the site: which pages are viewed, how visitors arrive and on which kind of device. We look at the results in aggregate.

Marketing: only with your consent
With your consent, Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google measure the effect of our ads and use your visit here to choose the ads they show you, also on other websites and apps.

Where your data goes
When you allow statistics or marketing, Google and Meta receive your IP address and information about your visit. They can process it in the United States. Google LLC and Meta Platforms, Inc. are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. For advertising, Google and Meta also use this information for their own purposes, as described in their own privacy policies.
The statistics and marketing tags are never loaded on the booking and account pages. The legal basis for these cookies is your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR). More about how we handle your data is in our privacy policy.
Changing or withdrawing your choice
Click "Cookie settings" at the bottom of any page: the same panel opens, and changing your mind is as easy as giving your consent. When you withdraw your consent for a category, the cookies of that category are deleted from this website. We ask for your choice again after 180 days, or sooner if this statement changes.
What we do not use
- no embedded videos, maps or social media feeds from other platforms. The links to our Facebook and Instagram pages are ordinary links: those platforms only see you if you click them.
We also count visits in aggregate from our own server logs (see the privacy policy, section 3.1). That does not place anything on your device.
How to remove it yourself
You can delete everything this website stores at any time by clearing the browsing data ("cookies and site data") for this site in your browser settings. If you do that during a booking, the place held for you is released when the hold time runs out. On your next visit, the panel asks for your choice again.
